The neighbourhood

Everything you will need is really close. The gym in the next building. Maritza river is just 5 minutes walk, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk or a morning run. There is a big supermarket, very close as well are some of the best cocktail bars in town with nice music. For your evenings out you have: 2 piano clubs, 2 Italian gelaterias, Verdi Trattoria, Happy restaurant and vegan restaurant, big casion Ritz.
For outdoor activities also very close are swimming pool, tennis court and all kind of shops for clothes
