The studio is on the 3rd floor with no elevator — the staircase is wide and well-lit, and the reward is a peaceful view over the courtyard that street-facing apartments simply don't get.
Inside, the space is compact and intentional. The bed has quality cotton linens — the kind you actually sleep well in. The rainfall shower has real pressure and striking terrazzo tiles; hotel-grade toiletries are provided, so you can pack light.
If you need to work, there's a dedicated desk with good lighting. Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough for video calls without issues.

For coffee, try Savi Gelato & Specialty Coffee — excellent flat whites and arguably the best gelato in Sofia. For dinner, Forno Cipolini serves what locals quietly call the best pizza outside of Italy — no reservations needed on weekdays, but go early on weekends. Both are under 10 minutes on foot. Teatralna metro station is a 5–10 minute walk. A taxi from Sofia Airport takes about 25 minutes and costs around €10.
