Terrazzo rainfall shower, cotton linens, designer lighting, a proper workspace with stable Wi-Fi. Oborishte — one of Sofia's leafiest neighbourhoods. Zaimov Park just on front of the building and Doctor's Garden 5 min walk. Teatralna metro nearby. Great for solo travellers, couples or remote workers.
You get more light here than you'd expect from a studio. The windows are large, the balcony faces a tree-lined boulevard, and by mid-morning the whole space is bright and warm without a single lamp on.
Inside, the details do the talking. Terrazzo tiles in the bathroom — a walk-in rainfall shower with real pressure, hotel-grade toiletries, the kind of space that makes you slow down rather than rush through. The bed is dressed in soft cotton linens. The lighting is warm and considered — designed, not default.
If you need to work, there's a dedicated desk with good lighting and stable Wi-Fi that handles video calls without dropping. If you don't — there's a comfortable cream sofa and nowhere you need to be.
The building is residential and quiet. Double-pane windows keep the boulevard outside where it belongs. You're on the 3rd floor with no elevator — the staircase is wide and well-lit, and the height means better light and a longer view.
Worth knowing: It's a studio — one considered room, not a divided apartment. If you value thoughtful design and a central location over extra space, this is your place. Works well for solo travellers, couples, or anyone in town for work who wants somewhere that feels intentional.
Where you are: Oborishte is where Sofians actually live — not a tourist zone, but everything is walkable. Zaimov Park on front of the building and the Doctor's Garden is five minutes on foot for a morning run or afternoon shade. Borisova Gradina is just beyond. Forno Cipolini does what locals call the best pizza outside of Italy — go early on weekends. Savi Gelato & Specialty Coffee is nearby for flat whites and proper gelato. Both under 10 minutes' walk. Teatralna metro — 5–10 minutes. Airport taxi — about 25 minutes, around €15.
